Golf Fitness Training

As a golfer it is important to get proper training in order to decrease injury, improve endurance, strength and improve the swing mechanics. Many golfers suffer from low back injuries, as well as shoulder and elbow injuries, just to name a few. This is due to a lack of swing mechanics, decreased range of motion, decreased strength and improper timing of the sequence of a swing. There is a lot of demand on the body during an 18 hole round of Golf. Are you beating up your body by such demands?

Contact me regarding setting up an assessment and program regarding Golf specific movement if you feel that you may be in need to improve your game and decrease future chronic injuries. I have been training with many athletes in the past to better their performance as well as numerous people in rehabilitation and weight loss.

What I do:

I train golfers to be fit with corrective exercise strategies.

I teach clients how to lower scores and prevent golf-related injuries.

I will perform both golf-specific and health-related fitness assessments.

I show my clients how to improve head speed, bolster driving distance, and reduce the chance of lower-back injuries

I implement integrated training approaches.
