—————————————————————————————————————————————–
My academic background is in Kinesiology and Athletic Therapy. I graduated from York University in 2007 with an Honours Bachelor Degree in Science (Kinesiology and Health Science). I became certified as a Certified Athletic Therapist in 2008. I have also taken many courses in rehabilitation, nutrition, personal development, training and first aid.
I am passionate about nutrition and designing training programs for myself and friends. I love to learn about training, mental health, sleep importance, recovery, movement, healthy lifestyle and nutrition. I have become an eager student and advocate of personal development and achievement. I love reading books and listening to audio on personal achievement and success.
My other hobbies and passions are various sports and playing instruments like guitar and drums. Some sports that I pursue are Kiteboarding, Snowboarding, Mountain Biking, Martial Arts and Volleyball. I love to camp and travel. The outdoors is where I could spend most of my time. One thing that I never get bored of is Martial Arts. I have a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and used to train in Muay Thai Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I appreciate the movement needed to be able to be proficient in Martial Arts and is one of the reasons I enjoy doing it. I am also currently a Firefighter with the Toronto Fire Services.
I love to help people achieve great things. My mission in life is to help educate people on a better way of living; this includes everything from physical health to mental health. I am a passionate student of life, and I love to share everything that I learn. I don’t keep any secrets to myself.
